Questa mattina mi sono recato in negozio ed ho acquistato un radiocomando per apertura garage condominiale. Tornato a casa,insieme ad un condomino abbiamo tentato di eseguire la procedura per rendere operativo il radiocomando, ma senza riuscirci. Sono tornato in negozio e la proprietaria si è resa disponibile ad eseguire personalmente la procedura,presso il condominio della mia abitazione. La signora ha attivato il radiocomando in pochi secondi dimostrando professionalità,coerenza e. gentilezza. La ringrazio e tornerò sicuramente presso il negozio.

Bottega delle meraviglie! Io la vedo così. Hanno davvero tutto (o quasi come ha commentato il titolare stamattina con il sorriso) Ferramenta, lampadine di ogni tipo, casalinghi con oggetti introvabili.. Ma molto di più . Sono sempre gentili e disponibili a risolvere un problema. I negozi così stanno scomparendo ed è un peccato.
